PAYMENT
REQUIREMENTS
Boarding
rates are based on a nightly charge up until 11:00 am on the day the pet
goes home (like a motel). There is a two day minimum charge. Check out time
is before 11:00 am. If you pick up your pet during hours we are open after
11:00 am you are charged for that coming night. First time clients are required
to pay when the animal is brought in for boarding. Returning clients may
pay their bills at the end of the boarding stay.
We accept payment by cash and personal checks only. There is a $20 charge for returned checks.
HOLIDAY*
RESERVATIONS
All
holiday* reservations require a credit card to guarantee the reservation.
Reservations may be cancelled or changed up to two weeks before
the start of the holiday boarding. If, for any reason, the kennel
assigned to a dog is empty, the client is responsible for each day's
payment through the time reserved. The credit card will be charged
and a receipt will be sent to the client.
